The JPL Softball Program requires that all members complete certain forms.
Most of these forms are needed only by the team manager or alternate manager or equipment manager.
However, every individual player must submit a signed waiver form to Sam prior to playing with our team.
The C League website is the place to look for the latest league schedule updates, field permits & maps, managers' addresses & phone numbers, and other sundry league-=level information.
The Wild Turkeys have traditionally logged detailed scoresheets for every game we play, to preserve our team's exploits for posterity.
Blank Scoresheets (.pdf) can be printed out and used at the games. There are four blank scoresheet pages (US 1-10, US 11-20, THEM 1-10, THEM 11-20), designed to be clipped to pairs of facing pages of an 8 1/2" by 11" spiral-bound notebook. See Sam's instructions for the best way to print these pages and attach them inside the notebook.
On defense, the Wild Turkeys traditionally follow an inning-by-inning tableau of defensive position assignments, and these assignments are also logged as part of each game's record.
