Erisa joined the team in 2007 after a time thinking how she was going to mix both B-league and C-league. That alone tells you that she's skilled...and ready to take over a spot in the infield. At the first game (which started late...as usual) Mark began hitting infield and Erisa immediately took up position at third. Soon she could be heard giving direction to the other infielders on how to share positions during infield practice, where to throw the ball, and in general being way more serious than Jose (who was just laughing and messing around as usual) over at shortstop.
Then she came to bat. And we weren't surprised at her swing, and her determination to get on base and then score. With only two at bats (and scoring once) in that game, we know she's a player. But does this mean she's all business...'course not! She's smiling, laughing, joining in on the fun. A good fit for the Wild Turkeys.
Now...how to steal her permanently from B-league!
