Monica's debut with the Turkeys was at the start of the '08 season. She comes to us with advanced knowledge of the game of softball...always a plus, but even more because she actually wants to play the game! Having a slow start to the '08 season due to a strained leg muscle, Monica has nevertheless shown flashes of the good that's still to come. She can hit, run, catch, throw, and has already made an impact on the field. She comes with a built-in cheering squad every week that pushes her on through each game. As she gets healthy in this '08 season we expect to see much more of her crossing home plate to score and help carry us to victory. Welcome to the Turkeys Monica!
