Phil is the teams "thunder from down under". An avid Cricket player, Aussie Phil was conscripted by Nancy to come play with the Turkeys. Once we straightened his swing out he became a powerful hitter. Playing with a glove on his left hand and with the entire defense on only one side of the batter (or batsman) took some getting used to, but then his atleticism began to show. He's good in the infield. He's good in the outfield. No sticky wicket here. We may miss him now and again when he's got a Cricket conflict, but love it when he's with us. Website by Mark G.
